With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Rev. Ralph Holloway, Sr. who entered into rest April 23, 2026.
Rev. Holloway, a native of Aiken County, was a Retired Pastor. His last appointment before retirement was New Hope Baptist Church in Augusta, Georgia. He was a member of Old Storm Branch Baptist Church.
Survivors include five daughters, Annie Mae Walker, Janet (George) Bagley, Shelly Holloway, Tatia (Frankline) Lane and Pamela Holloway; five sisters, Carolyn (David) Jackson, Marilyn Washington, Gayle Dorsey, Vanessa Williams and Dorothy (Hampton) Smith; four brothers, Clarence (Ida) Holloway, Dennis (Sue) Holloway, Bernard (Wanda) Holloway and Dontell (Annette) Holloway; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Old Storm Branch Baptist Church where the Rev. Martis Mims is pastor and the Rev. James A. Adams eulogist. Interment will follow in the Holloway Family Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
