It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Richard L. Miles who entered into rest April 22, 2023.

Mr. Miles, a native of Edgefield County, was a graduate of Strom Thurmond High School and was a veteran of the United States Army National Guard.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Lucille McCain of Edgefield, SC; a brother, Roderick (Diane) Miles of Edgefield, SC; a host of other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, May 1, 2023 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel.
