It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announced the transition of Mr. Robert Anthony Brown who entered into rest January 29, 2024.

Mr. Brown, a native of Richmond County was a 2008 graduate of Lucy C. Laney High School. He was employed by (FPL) Shapiro Packing Company. He was a Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Survivors include a daughter, Robin Ka'Nyla Brown; his mother, Sandra Hacker Brown; a sister, LaTosha Hacker; one aunt, Cheryl (Kevin) Hurts; two uncles, Alexander and Deon Hacker; two nephews, KeTrez and Ke'Vante Strowbridge; one niece, KeChelle Strowbridge; one great niece, Yandi Strowbridge; four great aunts, Susie M. Johnson, Bertha M. Vaughn, Mary M. Sharpton and Zora (Willie) Miller; great uncle, James (Helen) Morton; uncle Albert Cooper; his devoted girlfriend, Latoya Denise Cottrell; devoted aunt, Josephine Roundtree; devoted cousin, Gregg Sanders; and host of other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 am Saturday, February 10, 2024 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Ulysses Cummings officiating.
