It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce transition of Ms. Robertha Key Shaw who entered into rest September 18, 2022 at Piedmont Health Augusta.

Ms. Shaw was a native of Edgefield County and a member of Young Macedonia Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sons, Eddie Lee (Beverly) Shaw, Freddie (Sheila) Shaw, III, Jerome H. (Veronica) Shaw and Carl Shaw; two daughters, Cassandra (Robert, Jr.) Shaw McKie and Deborah J. Shaw; 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, September 23, 2022 at Old Macedonia Baptist Church where the Rev., Dr. Leonard O. Griffin is the pastor and the Rev. Clarence D. Hill eulogist. Mask and Social Distancing will be required. Interment will follow in Young Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
