It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Rosa Lee Broadwater Ashley who entered into rest July 7, 2025.

Mrs. Ashley was a member of Mims Grove Baptist Church where she sang on the Choir.

Survivors include two daughters, Alice Carter and Grace C. Fielding; stepson, Willie A. Ashley, Jr.; stepdaughter, Lisa (Ronald) Hugine; a sister, Charlotte Garrett; grandchildren, Zeran (Ann) Carter, Stacey (Zakiya) Carter and a great grandchild, Bruce Carter; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Mims Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Limuer Myers officiating. Interment will follow in Mims Grove Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 pm until 5:30 pm Monday at the funeral home.
