It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Rose E. Carter who entered into res January 7, 2023.

Mrs. Carter was a native of Tallahassee, Florida.

Survivors include two sons, Steward (Sandra) Carter of Richmond, VA and Darrell B. Carter of Trenton, SC; one sister, Mary Blackmon of Tallahassee, FL; host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. G. L. Brightharp officiating. Viewing will be held from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
