It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Stevie L. McKie who entered into rest March 8, 2023

Mr. McKie was a native of Richmond County and was a member of Old Hammond Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Brittany McKie; a son, Steven McKie; two sisters, Beverly (Johnny) Irving and Janice R. (Bright) Adu-Gyamfi; three brothers, Lawrence McKie, Jr., Gary McKie, and Kenneth (Teresa) McKie; two grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 11, 2023 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. G. L. Brightharp officiating. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
