It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Sydney Autumn McKie who entered into rest November 19, 2023.

Sydney, a native of Aiken County, was a senior at Midland Valley High School. She attended Mims Grove Baptist Church and New and Living Way Apostolic Church. She was an avid traveler, a fashion enthusiast, and embraced the thrill of riding ATV's and fishing.

Survivors include her parents, Damon R. McKie and Tara S. Walker McKie; a son, Noah W. L. Robinson; a brother, Ryan McKie; two sisters, Raven (Tyler) Brigham and Alexis McKie; grandparents, Ruth Garner, Alfred and Burnette Walker, and Mose and Laura Ann McKie; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Mims Grove Baptist Church where the Rev. Reginald Grimes is the pastor and the Rev. G. L. Brightharp officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
