With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Ms. Sylvia V. Lake who entered into rest July 21, 2026.
Ms. Lake, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Valley Fair Baptist Church.
Survivors include two nieces, Angelica Hardy and Jessica Hardy; two Godsons, Howard Jean and C. J. Mims.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Professional Services are under the compassionate care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-Aiken.
