It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Ms. Tahavian M. Bussey who entered into rest September 19, 2023.

Ms. Bussey, a native of Edgefield County, was a graduate of Strom Thurmond High School.

Survivors include her spouse, Erica Cyrus; her mother, Sabrina Bussey; one daughter, Kyleigh Anderson; two sons, Cabiahn Anderson and Cadihn Anderson; three sisters, Eva Robinson, Casey Johnson and Akaycha Robinson; two brothers, Quincy Bussey and Shon Johnson; a stepbrother, James Grant; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with the Rev. Lorenzo Williams officiating. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Monday at the funeral home.
