It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Terry A. Holloway who entered into rest December 19, 2022.

Mr. Holloway attended Jefferson and North Augusta High School. He was Owner/Operator of Holloway Trucking Company retiring after forty years of service. He was a member of Old Storm Branch Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Melvis Stewart Holloway; his children, LaTasha Holloway Malcolm (Irvin), Akilias LaTrell Lewis (Lance), LaShonda Holloway Robertson (Ronald), LaKeisha Pryor and Terra Holloway Quiller (Edwin); his siblings, Jeffrey Holloway (Sara), Areka Holloway Freeman (Gerald), Joyce Bates (Tony), Denise Bradley, Jerlyn Stokley, Paula Merriwether, Tammy Merriwether, and Michael Merriwether; brother-in-law, Horace Pixley; twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Friday, December 23, 2022 at Old Macedonia Baptist Church of which the Rev. Dr. Leonard O. Griffin pastor and the Rev. Martris Mims eulogist. Mask and social distancing will be observed. Interment will be in the Holloway Family Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
