It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Missionary Thelma Williams Biggett who entered into rest Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Five Towns Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Woodmere, NY.

Mrs. Biggett was the daughter of the late Wallace and Dottie Mae Calhoun Williams. She was a 1968 graduate of W. E. Parker High School, Edgefield.

Survivors include a grandson, Brenston Ayers; a granddaughter, Khadija Ayers; two brothers, Larry (Cora) Williams and Freddie (Mary Helen) Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM, Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Paul Lane Funeral Home (115-3 Sutphin Blvd, Jamaica, NY) with Minister Lucius McBride officiating. Interment will follow in Springfield Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service Wednesday.
