With heavy hearts, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mr. Timothy L. Morton who entered into rest March 15, 2026.

Mr. Morton was born in Augusta, Georgia and was raised in North Augusta, South Carolina. He was a graduate of North Augusta High School.

Survivors include his wife, Dimineike Morton; two daughters, Addiysn Morton and Abigail Morton; five sons, Ayden Morton, Javoni Morton, Jamauri Morton, A'mir Smith and Jaylon Kelley; his mother, Gladys Ann Williams; one sister, Angela Morton; one brother, Tyron Morton; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Old Storm Branch Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will take place in the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
