It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Troy "Fellie" Talbert who entered into rest May 5, 2024.

Mr. Talbert, a native of McCormick County, was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Deon Chinn of Edgefield, SC; six sisters, Alpha Carr of Waldorf, MD, Beatrice Plater, Annie M. Christie, Martha Walker all of Edgefield, SC, Omelia (William) Anderson of Johnston, SC and Mildred (Nathan) Goodwin of Trenton, SC; sisters-in-law, Joan Talbert of Goldsboro, NC and Janie R. Talbert of Edgefield, SC; aunts, Ruth Gordon of Edgefield, SC and Lee (Charles) Wilson of Washington, DC; two devoted cousins, Susan and John L. Price of McCormick, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, May 10, 2024 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Gordon officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
