It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Ms. Vivian Turner Walker who entered into rest April 17, 2024.

Ms. Walker, a native of Aiken County, was a 1964 graduate of Jefferson High School. She was a member of St. John Baptist Church. She was employed by Al's Family Restaurant for many years.

Survivors include three daughters, Valarie Aretha Walker, Veronica Walker and Monica N. Walker; two sons, Eric V. Walker (Shayna) and Anthony Walker; seven sisters, Naomi Holston, Lillie Lee Marigena Turner, Shirley McMillian, Carolyn Turner, Marilyn Turner and Barbara Jean Conklin; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at St. John Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Curtis Blocker officiating. Interment will follow in Old Storm Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2 pm to 5:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
