It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Will R. Rice who entered into rest December 4, 2021.

Mr. Rice, a native of Gallatin, Tennessee received his Bachelor's degree from Paine College in Augusta, GA. He served in the United States Army. He retired from Fort Gordon as an Instructor.

Survivors include his loving wife Rhonda Garrett Rice; four daughters Rocquel Yvette Rice, Erica (Timothy) Hawthorne, Mary (Stacy) Hone-Henry and Shonda Bell; three brothers, Larry (Janet) Rice, James (Kay) Rice, and William (Sarah) Rice; two sisters, Dorothy Morrow and Minnie Thomas; father and mother in -law, Sam and Roberta Forrest, Jr. ;six grandchildren five great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held 2:30 pm Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Old Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Limuer Myers officiating. Mask and social distancing will be observed. Viewing will be held from 2-6 pm Friday at the funeral home.
