It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Willie Jefferson who entered into rest June 28, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Jefferson, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1967 graduate of W. E. Parker High School. He worked in the textile industry for many years. He later pursued a career in driving tractor trailers and operating heavy equipment. He was baptized at Science Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sisters, Louise J. Patten, Marie J. Clegg, and Mary (B. R.) Tillman; a brother, John Henry (Helen) Jefferson; sister - in - law, Annie G. Jefferson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Science Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with the Dr. Ronnie Young, Sr. officiating. Viewing will be held from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
