It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announced the transition of Yuriah M. Gordon who entered into rest February 9, 2023.

Mr. Gordon was a native of Queens, New York. He was a 2013 graduate of Lakeside High School, and attended Georgia Military College.

Survivors include a daughter, Akili Hatcher; his parents, William T. Gordon, Sr. and Shirley Gordon; a brother, Willie T. Gordon, Jr.,; two sisters, Tiana J. Gordon and Taliyah K. Gordon; sister-in-law, Brenda Gordon; three nieces, Brenda D. Gordon, Briana Holloway and Lameyah Gordon; a nephew, Tavio Gordon; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12 pm Friday, February 17, 2023 at Poplar Spring Baptist Church with Apostle Jeremiah Blanding officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Masks will be Required. Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
