It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Alfornia Odom, Sr. who entered into rest November 20, 2021.
Mr. Odom, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Four Mile Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Jackie Sapp of Augusta, GA; four sons, Alfornia Odom, Jr. of Aiken, SC, Theodore Sapp of Austell, GA, Derrick Odom of Jacksonville, FL, and Garrick (Detrice) Smith of Simpsonville, SC; three sisters, Doretha Floyd, Aletha (JB) Moody both of Aiken, SC, and Lucy Weaver of Hempstead, NY; four brothers, Ernest (Sandra) Odom of Columbia, SC, Usey (Debra) Odom of Richmond, VA, Leroy (Barbara) Odom of Aiken, SC, and James Odom of Ellenwood, GA; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Four Mile Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Chistopher Holley officiating. The service will be live-streamed via the G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Facebook Page. Viewing will be held from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM Friday at the church.
