It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Miss Constance Dorsey who entered into rest June 7,2022.
Miss Dorsey was a 1976 graduate of North Augusta High School and received an Associate Degree from Aiken Technical College. She was a member of First Providence Baptist Church where she served on the Senior and Gospel Choir and as a Trustee. She at the Savannah River Site for 15 years, as well as, Carol's Fabric Shop.
Survivors include three daughters, Constance S. Williams, Jocelyn (Johnny) Whitfield and Abbrea Dorsey; two brothers, John Dorsey, Jr., and Scott A. Dorsey; three sisters, Judy Dorsey, Annie M. Dorsey and Vanessa E. Dorsey; devoted uncle, Rev. Walter R. (Bea) Scott; aunt, Mattie Bell Oden; grandniece, Joelle Whitfield; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 am Monday, June 13, 2022 in Old Storm Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Alexander Pope, Jr., officiating. Viewing will be held from 1-4 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
