Milton Curry

It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Milton Curry who entered into rest July 17, 2023.

Mr. Curry, a native of Edgefield County, was 1980 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School. He furthered his studies and earned a Bachelors Degree from Morris College.  He was a member of Shaws Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Renee Curry of the home; three daughters, Courtney Curry of Atlanta, GA, Jessica Curry, and Amber Curry both of Columbia, SC; two sisters, Patricia (Harold) Bellamy of Columbia, SC and Mary Mays of Aiken, SC; one brother, Albert (Irish) Curry, Jr. of Stafford, VA; one grandson, Logan Knox of Columbia, SC; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Shaws Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Winston Oliphant officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
