Roosevelt Walker, Jr.

It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Roosevelt Walker, Jr. who entered into rest March 10, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Walker attended the Edgefield County Schools System. He was a HVAC Technician and a member of Mealing Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Polly Ann Baskett Walker; two sons, Roosevelt (Nakia) Walker, III and Tyrone (Sheena) Walker; a daughter, Kimberly L. Baskett; his father, Roosevelt Walker, Sr.; a brother, John H. (Shelia) Walker; eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild; as host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 12 pm Tuesday, March 16, 2021 in Mealing Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery with Evangelist Adrena Lee officiating. Mask and social distancing will be observed. Viewing will be held from 2-6 pm Monday at the funeral home.
